Oceanfront views are stunning, and the multiple pools are a hit with families. The elevators were hard to locate, which caused some confusion.

Clean rooms with great oceanfront views. The parking garage was unpleasant and the balcony was often dirty from bird droppings. Plenty of pools and quick beach access. Breakfast had good variety but was crowded at times.

Just a good match for a short weekend trip in Myrtle Beach with good price-value balance. Beachfront location was great.

The beachfront was perfect for evening walks. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome right away.
It wasn't the cheapest option around, but I think it was worth it.

The beach access was amazing with clean, soft sand right at my feet! I loved lazy floatin' in the two lazy rivers—it felt like paradise. The breakfast options had something for everyone, and the staff was super friendly and attentive!
Can recommend! 😊❤️

The hotel’s perfect position right on the beach made it super easy for us to enjoy sunrise walks along the water, while also being just a short stroll from various attractions like Family Kingdom Amusement Park and several good restaurants for family meals; we even discovered a grocery store just a few minutes away, which was super convenient. The amenities like the pool and lazy river provided a fun-filled time for my kids after our explorations, though the breakfast could use a little improvement, but overall it was a fantastic base for our weekend adventure!

Checking in was chaotic—front desk staff was munching on snacks, totally unprofessional. Then, our room took forever to be ready, and to make matters worse, Latin music blared from above, making it impossible to relax or hear the TV. What a letdown!

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that made for restful nights. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room at an ideal climate. The noise level was minimal, allowing for peaceful relaxation. I loved the ocean view from our window—it was breathtaking. I expected housekeeping to check in more regularly, especially with a family of four. The bathroom could have used a more thorough mid-stay clean. While the indoor hot tub added to the comfort, the breakfast area felt cramped, impacting the overall dining experience.

My dog loved the welcoming vibe. The outdoor pools and beachfront are really nice, plus the breakfast area has a lovely view.
Hot water was a challenge, and we struggled with inconsistency.

The location is fantastic; beautiful beachfront and well-kept grounds. Spacious and clean rooms add to the appeal. The breakfast was a highlight, though crowded at times. Friendly staff provided excellent service, particularly the receptionist and the breakfast team. check-in was frustrating. My room wasn’t ready on time, leading to a nearly 40-minute wait. no daily housekeeping and repeated requests for towels fell short of expectations. Beds were uncomfortable, affecting our rest. And discovering a cockroach near the patio was alarming. Despite these issues, the beach access and pools made for lovely family moments. There’s potential, but improvements are necessary.

On the upside, we loved the multiple pools offered by the hotel, including 2 lazy rivers, a kid-friendly splash pad, and 2 relaxing hot tub areas. The beach access was convenient, and the outdoor amenities like the outdoor games and lounging areas added to our enjoyment. The breakfast was a highlight for us, although slightly crowded at times, with a good selection of options. there were some areas that could use improvement. The room lacked daily housekeeping, which was a surprise for us. We had to request towels and deal with overflowing trash cans, which was inconvenient. The beds were uncomfortable and left us feeling sore, and we even encountered a cockroach in our room, which was a major downside. the breakfast area could have had more vegan options available. Despite these issues, the hotel's cleanliness and convenient parking were positives, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

My friends and I had a blast in Myrtle Beach, hitting up all the sweet spots like the amusement park, water park, and mirror maze! Being right on the beach was lit - we rode the waves, caught some sun, and even went on a wild cat tour - epic!
If there was a chill hangout spot by the beach where we could vibe with music and meet new peeps, it would've made our trip even more memorable.

Managed to catch the weekend airport shuttle within specific hours, enjoyed 3 outdoor pools. The nearby shopping and dining at Coastal Grand Mall was a nice perk.
Trying to retrieve a lost charger felt like a game of hide-and-seek with the housekeeping staff, quite the thrilling experience! .

The hotel was easy to find with great parking options like a connected garage. We had a corner room with a balcony offering stunning views of the beach, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. The room was cool and well-equipped with a mini-fridge and coffee machine, making our stay comfortable. The breakfast was decent, and we enjoyed the amenities like the lazy river and pool.
Some rooms had maintenance issues like phones not working and TV needing fixing. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and parking passes were not available, leading to overcrowding.

Staying near Myrtle Beach meant endless family fun at Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Myrtle Waves Water Park, and WonderWorks. The Wild Encounter Tour offered a thrilling experience with wild cats on-site. Our room's comfort and the cheerful staff made it a delightful stay.
My wife says that rooms lacked children's amenities.

The view of the Atlantic Ocean was stunning, perfect for a serene getaway. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, just a short walk from the building. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a great spot to relax and unwind.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with glasses left on the floor upon arrival. The pools were a letdown, appearing dirty and poorly maintained.

i had a great stay at Hampton Inn. the breakfast was included and it had a buffet with waffles, fresh fruit, and coffee always available. the staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean. the location, right on the beach, gave us a great view from our room. there was also a large gathering area on the main level, perfect for our baseball tournament group.
Cannot find any fault 😊
